General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus rollover is generally 5x to 10x — see the specific offer page for details.
• If a promo code is required for a bonus, it must be entered at the time of deposit — it cannot be added afterwards.
• Each promotion applies once per household, device, or IP address.
• If rollover conditions are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

Cashback Terms

• Cashback applies only to losses from bets placed with your own funds — not with bonus money.
• Cashback is credited every Monday at a scheduled time.

05Betting Rules

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

08Account Suspension & Termination

After Account Closure

If a member closes their own account — provided KYC is complete and no rules have been violated — their balance will be refunded. If the account is terminated due to a rule violation, the balance may not be returned.
